“We ordered copper rad valves, pipes and plugs. They arrived the day after order, but the pipes were chrome. We rang them up and a polite salesperson apologised most profusely, asked for a photo of the pipes as evidence of the mistake, which we sent. The very next day the correct pipes arrived and we received an apology by email both from the sales department and dispatch department. We have to say that we were very impressed with their excellent service and attention. We wish all companies paid the same attention to detail and politeness, if so the world would be far better. Thank you UK Radiators.”

“Talus Bold - Antique Brass Thermostatic Radiator Valves Angled These valves are BEAUTIFUL and look lovely on my white radiator. Customer service was excellent, I called in advance as I had some queries - the team were super friendly and helpful. Delivery arrived on time and well packaged! “Purchased a electric heated towel rail from this company. Was surprised when it arrived that I had to convert it from a central heating rad to electric but not a difficult job. However the wall fittings were terrible. The nylon construction and the thread cut in it caused friction and heat and then the screws would not tighten. Very poor quality design and materials. Had to disassemble the wall fittings and use lubricant in all screw threads ti refit the unit securely to the wall.”

Hello Glen, Thank you for the review, I am glad to hear you were able to get this setup without any problems, we do state on the product description that there is some minor assembly - this allows for the element to be installed on the side that best suits you. I am sorry however to hear that you have had a problem with the brackets, we have sold many of these towel rails over several years and have not had this feedback, so I wonder if perhaps there was an issue with the set you had received? “I am very impressed with the speed my radiators were delivered. The quality of the radiators looks very good, as described. The only thing I would have liked the website to show was a more detailed image, because I thought my radiators were shiny but they are mat. I still think they look good though.”
