“Love the radiators however when I order a black radiator I obviously want it to be black but the top of the vertical radiator is chrome as are the bleed valves in the side”

“Incorrect radiator sent however after calling customer support, which took some time to answer, the lady who answered very soon identified that a shipping error was the cause. The radiator was picked up later that week, as the radiator is currently in transit I'm awaiting still awaiting a refund. I had to order another radiator which has arrived today in the correct size and in good order.”

“Excellent item, excellent price. Amazing fast, efficient service and the radiator arrived within a couple of days, securely wrapped and delivered with care. “Good quality item, easily fitted, the filling instructions need revising because section 2 has you filling the towel rail before you have fitted the heating element, other than that all good. Highly recommend”

“We received our radiator but it was damaged. UK Radiators were prompt to respond when I contacted them and organised collection of the damaged radiator and delivery of a new radiator asap.”

“Heated duel fuel towel rail was easybto order and arrived when promised. Great quality item and very happy apart from one little snag-one tee section forbthe valve was missing a chrome blank plug so had to go and buy one. Apart from that tje item and service is great. Highly recommended.”
