“Will not be using these again the whole experience was frustrating and when the radiator finally arrived it was damaged and had the wrong valves, so I ended up buying the right valves(which I had allready ordered thru a 15 mins conversation with ukrads) and just fit the damaged probaly seconds radiator The courier said they tried to deliver but 10days later said they didn't even have my address”

Hello Alfonso, I am sorry to hear that you have not had a satisfactory experience with us, this is not what we like to hear or expect so I have taken a look further to see what has happened. I can see that we dispatched your order on the same day your order was placed. The courier advised you of the delivery date and time slot, however when the delivery crew called to say they were on their way to you, you advised that nobody was available to take delivery. You then called us the following week to re-arrange delivery and it was discovered that you had not included your house number on the delivery, we added this on and rebooked delivery for a suitable date which was then delivered without issue. The valves included in your order are as advertised, and suitable for installation with the included t-pieces. I am very sorry to hear of the damage on the radiator, we try our hardest to ensure delivery is made without any damage - such as employing a two-person delivery company to deliver our heavier items to a room of your choice - however on occasions damage can unfortunately occur. If you could please advise us on the details of this damage, then we can certainly take a look and advise if we can assist further at this stage. We do not sell 'seconds'. Best regards, UK Radiators

“I ordered 2 radiators which arrived on next day delivery. Excellent service. They both look to be in perfect condition and am just awaiting installation. I'm sure they will look good when fixed.”

“Great radiator but when i order a black radiator i would expect it to be all black not with a chrome top & with chrome bleed valves”

“I purchased an electric towel radiator, which arrived nicely packed and incredibly quickly. Unfortunately, I had not noticed that it wasn't prefilled and my electrician wasn't comfortable filling it himself, so I had to return it. I can't praise enough the level of support I received through the whole return process by both James and Louie. A courier collection was scheduled for the very following day of my initial return enquiry, and the return and refund were processed very promptly. Also, I was notified of all the stages of the return and all my emails were always answered extremely quickly. This level of customer service is outstanding. I will definitely look into buying again from UK Radiators.”

“Absolutely terrible ordered a towel radiator, had an email to let me know when it was being delivered, never turned up. Called them to find out where it was and got a new date for delivery again not turned up. So need to make another call to find out what is going on. Very poor service. And what will happen is they will blame the courier when I didn’t buy it from the courier”
