“Purchased designer radiator (Thetford) just been connected by plumber, but radiator rattles when you walk by it. Fixings are secure checked by plumber, will have to contact UK Radiators or rattle does not go.”

Hello Robert, I am sorry to hear that you have an issue with your radiator installation. Since leaving this review we have got i touch with you to discuss this, to see if we can help to resolve the issue. Noises within plumbing systems can be hard to locate, however based on what you have advised, we are under the impression that the sound is coming from the new pipework installed, rather than the internals of the radiator, especially as you are hearing the noise when the radiator is not in use. “I was able to replace a radiator from a wide selection on offer and obtain advice on a suitable valve. As I am not a plumber this help was really appreciated. I received a well packaged radiator more quickly than anticipated so 5 stars is appropriate for this service. I will use again.”

“customer service was good, returns are advisted as free which they are but you have to pay returns and claim postage back, i wish it had stated that”

“This is the 3rd radiator I have purchased from UK Radiators. Their stainless steel radiators are very good quality, Delivery is quick. For my previous purchases, I had no need for aftersales customer service. On this occasion, I purchased the wrong valves. The return process by email was quick and straighforward.”
