“Radiator is great. Took a long time to arrive and was not easy to find out what was happening that said it did arrive on time and product quality is good.”

Hi Kirstie, I'm glad to hear you're happy with the radiator, but I'm sorry to hear that it took longer to arrive than expected. This was showing as out of stock at the time you placed your order, however, the arrival of the goods into the UK took a little longer than we'd advised. This was an item ordered from one of our third-party suppliers who didn't inform us of the delay, so off the back of this and to avoid it happening again in the future, will be improving the backorder process to ensure we can keep all customers updated on the status of their order. “Hi Dan good service quick to get the rad to me .after fitting the rad found it to leak from a weld .have sent email to you and photos of the leak . But have not heard back from you yet”

“I rang up to try and place an order as I was having difficulty using the site and it was kicking me off at the payment stage and the guy on the phone was asking me to try another card, try PayPal, try other forms of payment and wouldn’t place my order over the phone.”

“Radiators arrived on time and look decent. Quality is there aswell. I am a trade customer and found out about you when a customer supplied radiaors for a previous project. I have fitted 1000s if radiators and designer radiator and for the money these can't be matched even close in a merchants. HOWEVER.... have treied to spend another £1000 this month with you and why can a trade customer not call up and place an order??? A dedicated trade team to be on had with technical fixing points and pipe centers and the ability to call and order? Lack of personal service.”
