Radiators are fine but service was not good Ordered 4 radiators which were all showing in stock I have received 3 of the radiators in 2 separate deliveries with 1 more yet to be delivered resulting in me having to wait in for 3 days as the delivery company do not give any indication of time

Hello Kevin, I am sorry for any confusion experienced with your order. I have investigated this and it looks like when you placed the order 3 of the 4 radiators were not available, as stated in your order confirmation email. It is possible that when adding these to your basket they may have been in stock, but then if you checked out at a later stage they may have since sold. I can advise that we also emailed you within 20 minutes of you placing your order to ensure you were aware of the due dates for the out-of-stock items and to confirm we would send each item as it became available. We did not appear to hear anything from you. I apologise that you are having to wait in for each delivery, and for any misunderstanding with this. Radiators are good but there were no valves which I think it was supposed to come with them. Ended up costing us more to get some separately

Purchased a electric heated towel rail from this company. Was surprised when it arrived that I had to convert it from a central heating rad to electric but not a difficult job. However the wall fittings were terrible. The nylon construction and the thread cut in it caused friction and heat and then the screws would not tighten. Very poor quality design and materials. Had to disassemble the wall fittings and use lubricant in all screw threads ti refit the unit securely to the wall.

Hello Glen, Thank you for the review, I am glad to hear you were able to get this setup without any problems, we do state on the product description that there is some minor assembly - this allows for the element to be installed on the side that best suits you. I am sorry however to hear that you have had a problem with the brackets, we have sold many of these towel rails over several years and have not had this feedback, so I wonder if perhaps there was an issue with the set you had received? The product was good and fitted our radiators well. the 2 matt black covers did not work and were more pipes than covers. What my issue is with UK Radiators is the amount of emails asking about a review. Not everyone wants to review but after 4 emails now in the space of 3 weeks I am now reviewing and stating "leave me alone". Will I use again? I would have done but not now

Beautiful radiator but the bracket makes the radiator sit a little more proud than I hoped. Sited over a bath, this is quite important.

Good website , lots of information and reasonable prices. Very unhappy about delivery though. I had a all in the morning from the driver telling that was 10 mins away from our delivery address . I wasn’t expect the delivery on that day until the phone call. This didn’t happened this time only but on the other other before. It iis very off putting to be honest, and I don’t think we will place anther order with UK radiator again.

We do send a dispatch email once the goods have been packed in our warehouse which contains the tracking information. The courier also sends an email to confirm when delivery is due to take place, maybe you overlooked this email? Great radiator, great style. -1 For 2x wrong size sent first time -1 for all 3x rad boxes (and bag of valves) smashed and dented by Tuffnells BOTH times.

Radiator seems fairly good quality, the brackets aren’t the best at holding it fully secure as their fairly shallow. The silicon sleeve to go on the brackets would be much better being colour matched rather than white with a black radiator. Service was very good although the radiator and valves got lost after being despatched and no one could tell me where they were and when they would turn up. When it did finally turn up, it was completely out of the blue and the valves were missing. I ended up ordering valves from another heating supplier that I use and they turned up next day with no troubles.

Radiator correct but a few bits damaged or broken. Clip to hold side panel broken and the side panel bent out of shape plus other signs to show that the Rad was possibly a returned product and resent to me. Couldn't be bothered to go through the hassle of repacking and returning so just fixed it myself so can't comment on the returns process.

Your products are good quality and a reasonable price unfortunately you delivery firm were abysmal. One product was lost once and on the second delivery it took them 4 attempts with no time slot just an all day appointment so that’s 4 days having to stay in, not happy.

Product was good and arrived promptly , no instructions in the box , called and spoke to customer service who couldnt answer my question and said there was nothing else they could do to help , very dissapointing

The equipment delivered is good. Unfortunately, the chosen carrier failed to stop at the house and claimed there was no one in when I was standing outside my house throughout the specified period.

UK radiators were very good and very quick and we are very pleased with the radiators BUT what has prevented a 5 star review is that we ordered 3 radiators and only 2 were delivered, so we had to contact UK radiators again to get the other radiator delivered which they did without hassle but we could have done without the bother.

Sadly I can only give this rating as two of the three radiators I bought this size were dented or damaged. Had I time I would have returned them for replacements but we were desperate to get heating on.

Purchasing side was good. Delivery and post delivery very poor. Carrier delivered my rad to a completely different village. No follow up from customer services and it's only because the person who received my order tracked me down that I got my order !

The radiator arrived very quickly but the T piece for the electric element has still not arrived and I had to chase when to be told that they were not in stock and no date for delivery.
