Radiators arrived on time and look decent. Quality is there aswell. I am a trade customer and found out about you when a customer supplied radiaors for a previous project. I have fitted 1000s if radiators and designer radiator and for the money these can't be matched even close in a merchants. HOWEVER.... have treied to spend another £1000 this month with you and why can a trade customer not call up and place an order??? A dedicated trade team to be on had with technical fixing points and pipe centers and the ability to call and order? Lack of personal service.
