I did a test fit of the radiator and it appears to be of good quality. Had some concerns with the pillars that attach the the radiator to allow for wall mounting. There were only a couple of threads on 2 of the mounting points which makes me worry about its robustness if any weight were put on it. Also, considering the price, the generic assembly instructions were not specific to the model of radiator I purchased. Time will tell regarding performance, resilience and lifespan.

The radiators appear to be good quality although they have not been fitted. The courier on 2 occasions left the delivery outside in the rain with no proof of delivery, this is in direct contradiction with their stated service on their own website. Very poor delivery service

Happy with the radiators but delivery needs to be improved. I needed to order an extra rad a day later, it wasn't possible to add it to the original order. The delivery only gave 1 days notice, very difficult if working to arrange a day off (in my case 2 as I had to stay in for extra rad).

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are not able to add to this, however you can place another order, and as delivery is free of charge you will not incur any extra costs in doing this. The estimated lead time on all items is specified on each product page, and throughout checkout. We dispatch items as soon as they are available to not hold up deliveries and advise you of the dispatch with tracking details. These, and all items, are sent on a next-day courier service. I can see that both of your orders were delivered on day 5, within the 5-7 days as originally advised. Kind regards, James

Great service and price. The quality of the radiators seem really good. The only issue I have had is with the anthracite valves. I've now had 4 pairs which have arrived badly scratched. The valves have always been replaced really quickly, customer care I have received has been really good. Its just annoying that I've had to wait for replacement valves so many times.

Lovely looking radiator - I've had nothing but trouble with the fittings though. The BSPT tapered thread adapters screwed straight through into the radiator body without tightening up (even using almost all of the plumber's tape). One or the other seems to be the wrong size. We needed to source replacement parts to get it to work. Very frustrating and a couple of days of emptying pans whilst various solutions were attempted. Customer support was through chatbot, and then a return email the next day (that option isn't given in the customer service feedback section)

Hello, Thanks for your review, although I'm a little unsure of your comment. Like other brands/manufacturers (Apple, Sony, Tesco etc) we do indeed import goods from an overseas factory and sell these on to our customers. Unfortunately, the UK is not the place to have radiators manufactured for various reasons, and even so, the raw material would likely still need to be imported. I unpacked the radiator today and found that the top grille and end panels have been subjected to pressure from being mishandled so the panels are concave and there is some damage to the top corner where the panels meet. Had to straighten them myself. Disappointed.

The radiators arrived promptly and look great. Unfortunately the values that we ordered to go with them will take over 2 months to arrive, which is not acceptable. We were told it could take between 4 days and 2 weeks for the values to come into stock, but 2 months ? 😡

Hello Barry, I can see that when you placed your order, that it was out of stock, with no due date available. Once we had confirmation of the due date from the factory, we advised that these are due early February. I am sorry if this is later than you were expecting. Products shipped promptly. One failed and was replaced promptly albeit with a certain amount of interrogation e.g. was electrician properly qualified. Of course I was still lumbered with extra electrician's bill to replace faulty radiator with working one.

Hello Mark, I apologise for the issue with the your element. We have to ask questions regarding the installation to ensure that they have been installed correctly, and in this case we found that the wrong size fuse had been used which could invalidate the warranty. My first radiator arrived quickly and efficiently. However 2 others in the same order have been delayed twice. I cannot expect my plumber to install 1 and then return to install the others 6 weeks later (without charging me twice for call out). So the 1st remains in my hallway in the meantime.

Rad and element all installed with no hitch, looks very good. Sadly the app does not work on either android or apple in ez or ap mode. The thermostat has different symbols from those in the manual. Spent over 2 hours trying to get it to work to no avail. There are no technical support contact details. Very frustrating and time wasting installation.

We purchased both the matt black and silver heated towel rails / radiators. They look great and work well. on manual controls. These are easy to set up and use. BUT take note. The 'Smart Touch' wi-fi controlled element that powers them using the INOW app is very hard to connect unless you are close to a router. Well, most people do not have a router in their bathrooms. After a week and installing a booster for the wi-fi we have only managed to connect one. Which, to be fair, now does work as stated. The INOW app is not fit for purpose here and the instructions are poorly set out in the accompanying leaflet.

Unfortunately the website advertises some misleading products. I ordered a TRV adverised specifically as 10mm, there are also 8mm ones advertised. I really wanted a 10mm one, had looked for ages to find one. When it arrives, its just 15mm with a cheap reducer, exactly what i wanted to avoid. Turns out they only make 15mm TRVs but make out like theyve got all these different parts. They should just say, 'we only make one size, but we'll throw in a reducer for free.' Least you'd know where you stand. That being said, the company offer quick service and respond quickly and politely to emails. They offered a refund but its too late by the time you get the part, and i think they bank on you just making do.

Whilst the Product Info tab does state these are 15mm valves with reducers, we are also going to add this in a more prominent position to make it clearer what is being purchased. I’ve recently bought horizontal radiators which are clearly marked on the box but there are only vertical brackets and nowhere to buy the horizontal ones on your website. You should sell them with horizontal brackets if the box says horizontal.
