Hello Stephen, Thank you for your order and your review. I can see that you placed your order on the evening of Wednesday December 14th, with a lead time of 1-3 days. We dispatched your order on Thursday with the courier. Looking at the tracking, I can see that this was delivered on the Monday, which, taking into account the weekend, is within 3 working days from placing your order. “Ist delivery incomplete unable to fit 2nd delivery was assured would be next day 2 days later turned up.Arranged electrician to be there and encured extra costs.not impressed.”

Hello Mick, Thank you for your order and your review. I am sorry to hear that there were delays with the courier on one part of your delivery. I can see that when you placed your order, you requested items to be dispatched on a certain day. We advised you that these would be sent on a next-day service, however, we advise 1-3 days, as there can occasionally be delays in the courier network, especially in the run-up to Christmas. We would have also sent a text message to you when placing your order to advise you not to book any traders until after receiving the goods to avoid any potential costs. It is of course disappointing when these delays happen, however this is why we advise what we do for the occasional time that this may happen. Kind regards, James

“Bought 3 rads and thermostatic valves one rad seems blocked and 1 thermostatic valve not adjusting. Phoned today. The agent sounded half sleep, had to repeat everything twice as he was not with it. Asked me to send video of valve not working, how can a video show a T valve not functioning, its a valve Also scratches on rads even though they were packed. Already paid to have them fitted who's going to pay to have them taken off and refitted. Not happy at all with the service up now.”
