“Quality radiators for sure.... and lived up to the accolade. Extremely well packaged and wrapped, with great care and attention. Wall fixings were excellent, and the finish on the black colour rad we installed was a fine result. This was part of a trade job. Well done UK Radiators.”

“Received damaged, couldn’t wait for a replacement, luckily mark was at rear so couldn’t see it fitted. However after emailing the company I was contacted and received a part refund, rad is up and running, has great output and looks good. Damage not visible and likely been done by carrier. would use company again.”

“Over 8 months to deliver a radiator!!!! The customer service was shocking and rude when i phoned them up. So would strongly suggest only placing an order with them if you want a radiator sometime in the next 5 years”

“Great service and delivery, only issue I had was that the website wouldn't allow me to order so had to phone up and pay over the phone but managed to speak to someone and it was all sorted. Product arrived and has been installed and looks great.”

“I needed to replace a rather lengthy sized radiator that was installed in one of our bedrooms. Realising that this was not your typical standard size item, I eventually found one which was of a similar length from UK Radiators (Just shy of 350mm) @ 1,800mm.”

“Unfortunately the website advertises some misleading products. I ordered a TRV adverised specifically as 10mm, there are also 8mm ones advertised. I really wanted a 10mm one, had looked for ages to find one. When it arrives, its just 15mm with a cheap reducer, exactly what i wanted to avoid. Turns out they only make 15mm TRVs but make out like theyve got all these different parts. They should just say, 'we only make one size, but we'll throw in a reducer for free.' Least you'd know where you stand. That being said, the company offer quick service and respond quickly and politely to emails. They offered a refund but its too late by the time you get the part, and i think they bank on you just making do.”

Hello Gavin, I am very sorry that these valves did not arrive as you expected. As our previous email communication, I have passed your comments to the relevant department. Whilst the Product Info tab does state these are 15mm valves with reducers, we are also going to add this in a more prominent position to make it clearer what is being purchased.
