“I found freight charges to be expensive”

We always do our utmost to ensure freight charges are never exorbitant kindly note all items incur freight and clearing cost which as you may appreciate are not very cheap. Please kindly view a breakdown including freight charges which you will find with the breakdown were very reasonable. Nike Trainer/Sneakers (£46.99)* 140 (exchange rate)=KSH6,579 Tolal paid KSH8,496 -KSH6,579= KSH1,917 for freight duty and clearance. We are confident that this is very competitive price. “It was easy to order and pay for goods. The staff was helpful when I called for enquiries. My order was delivered to me at the time specified with all items as requested. I was pleased with the service and will definitely be using UKDUKAS again”

“Good communication and quick execution. My first order went well, (though I havent picked it yet). Would appreciate if either, Pick-up days are increased or Delivery fee scrapped. (.in my opinion). Pay once...and get everything done. In furture volume purchase discounts should be available. Say, I buy two items, i get more discounts..”

“I had never used Ukdukas before but i came across it one day on face-book when i had posted looking for shops that sell children s pajamas. Lorna responded and asked me to checkout their store. When i did i realized i could order items from the UK and have them delivered to me within fourteen days. I placed my order and Lorna responded promptly and my goods were delivered in ten days time. I am very happy with the service and i have recommended it to anybody who would care to listen. Keep up the good work. You have a very satisfied customer here Jane”
