“Very good service, there was a gap in the Kenyan market for online purchases so this is great, however I would like to add that the charges are very steep. Usually when ordering things online you would be charges freight for the weight whereas uk dukas charges per item and the charges are very high,, almost double of what the item actually costs. So in short they are taking advantage if the monopoly they have created.. I would appreciate if they can reduce the prices slightly, of course they are in a business and they have to make money, but not too much.. I am sure if customers find it affordable more and more people will order through, I for example would definetely order much more”
