“Your services are OK, but sometines after sending you the items to purchase, the order quotation and confirmations delayed on two instances had to keep following up.”

“This is my third or fourth order with UKdukas. The team responded very quickly to issues. On one of my orders, I had a major issue, with the untimely delivery of my order. However, I was pleased with how the team engaged to sort the issue, ensuring that I received my item in good order. The quick and effective response was much appreciated, and I would immediately recommend UkDukas to anyone wishing to ship to Nairobi.”

“The whole process is good. The only problem was when I asked to have my item delivered, and the lady acted as though I would refuse to pay the delivery fee on time. I found this strange since I trust you to pay alot of money upfront but I was treated with suspicion in regards to a 400 kenya shillings delivery fee.”
