Poor customer care! You rarely keep in touch. I had to keep on following up with you guys. Delivery was lateeee I think you should start on delivery to your client's destination and include the fee charges in your final amount like Vitumob who requests of one's address rather than inconveniencing someone to come all the way to Delta Corner

Apology for the delayed response we were investigating the facts behind what transpired with your order from House of Watches placed on 02/03/2017. The 10-14 working day expected date of arrival of your order to Kenya was 21st March 2017 from the records on our system. You order arrived 5 working days later on the 27th March 2017 to our collection point in Westlands as you opted for collection from our Delta Corner, Westlands collection point . We appreciate your suggestion on offering customer deliveries its worth mentioning in our 5 year we have been operational we have always offered customers the options of either collection or delivery. Ultimately the decision is down to the customers preference to have either have items delivered or collected. This is also detailed in the order confirmation of emailed to you on the 04/03.2017. We appreciate the 5 working days delay is totally unacceptable and as detailed in our communications email this was due to customs delays in JKIA, Nairobi. We look forward to your next order and will offer you £5.00 off your next order as an apology for the 5 days delay with your order. We take customer(s) feedback seriously and appreciate your feedback. A member from our UK customer service team will call you tomorrow following up this message.
