“i had a good experience overall shopping with UK Dukas. My package arrived on time and the customer service was superb. Only downside was i felt the charges were a bit steep, hopefully they can review those, but other than that thumbs up to the guys.”

“I ordered a MUJI (Acrylic case) and at first was actually skeptical about it being delivered in one piece (scratch-free) as they are very fragile. The total cost was actually MUCH cheaper than if I would have bought it from the US. and it was delivered 2 weeks later in one piece. I was SO impressed. I would def consider purchasing more of these items with them esp since I don't want the hustle of customs and worries of whether the item will arrive without any damages. The only drawback is that they don't have a fulltime office whereby one can collect the items during the week. so you have to wait for saturday or pay for a rider to deliver it to your home/office. Please consider changing this in future. Thank you UK DUKAS!”

“The quality of your goods is superb, the prices are fair. The parcel was delivered in time to your store at Westlands, the challenge is one can only pick the parcel from westlands on Saturday. I work out of town, this arrangement was so inconveniencing. Kindly find ways of delivering the parcels or getting an outlet in town which is more convenient.”

We appreciate the Saturday collection point may not be convenient as explained we do offer delivery Monday - Saturday (at a minimal fee) throughout Kenya to your home or office. “Customer service is good. Delivery time, very good, no unnecessary delays. Price, not sure of the comparisons and how reasonable. However, work on a more customer friendly website. The registration portal and check out process i saw was complicated for a 'common' mwananchi like me, and requesting for TMI.... And when will it be possible to shop from USA? Products there are much cheaper........”

“There services so far are good I do hope they will continue with that. Things to improve on. 1. For purchases we do no receipt included, pls include. 2. Incase of any delays or changes on orders communication to client be both phone and email, supposedly cannot be reach on either. 3. Try get good rate to clients 4. We fully appreciate the feedback and the areas where we are to review please see below feedback to the key points raised. 1.) An electronic order confirmation receipt email is generated with each order placed using the order calculator. We additionally send an order confirmation email for all transactions placed where links are sent directly to us for pricing in KSH. We encourage customers to us the order calculator as it enables them to track items. 2.) The original shoes ordered from Serenza we were updated by the retailer several days after placing the order and paying that the ordered size was not available. We ordered an alternative pair from Serenza immediately we were updated. Our customer care team called to alert you an SMS was also sent but I fully appreciate in future an email needs to follow to cover most modes of communication. As mentioned by our Customer Relations Manager we are no longer ordering from Serenza as they have proved to be very unreliable as a retailer. We hope we made up by ensuring the shoes you ordered from Burton were delivered to you within a record time of 48 hours of ordering in Kenya as it is our mission to ensure we do not disappoint our valued customers. 3.) We work tirelessly to ensure our prices are always affordable and quality as a standard. We will continue to ensure we offer you the best price. 4.) The website is constantly being updated ensuring that you the customer has the best online experience. Access to information is imperative to our operations we will bare your valuable comments with future scheduled updates to the site. 5.)
