“delivery takes way longer than explained. Lack to purchase items twice now and communicating to me two weeks after to explain mishap or failure to acquire order. overall very disappointing at least you eventually deliver”

Dear Jessica we thank you for your feedback. Apologise for the delay in updating you as we were carrying out fact finding related to your order. I am John from the UKDUKAS customer care team in the UK. We have looked into the raised issues and discussed with our colleagues in Nairobi. We have found with your first order it had a delay which was due to a technical glitch with our online purchasing calculator which was undergoing maintenance. We were assured by the outsourced IT provider it would have no impact with our daily operations. Unfortunately due to the maintenance it did not capture your order information. When this was identified the particular item had subsequently sold out. On this occasion we fully agree we should have ensured the maintenance glitch did not affect daily operations. Once it was flagged that the issues had affected some customers some days had lapsed. We fully understand that on this particular occasion we did not live up to the high standards and service we expect to deliver and with that we are truly sorry for the delay in receiving your item. We have recently received an order from you placed on the 3rd February we are on track to have this item delivered to you within the stipulated time and believe it will even arrive earlier than the 10-14 working days. “I would recommend anybody to actually give UKDUKAS a shot. Not only was i pleased with my package but it arrived way before the time stipulated. Their constant e-mail updates on the stage my purchase was at was very encouraging and can i say their Customer care is unbelievable. Trust me you will not be disappointed. These guys are it!!! “Ukdukas delivered my package way ahead of time which was perfect. This helped me resume my work which had stalled,It was my first time dealing with them and am quite confident and amazed by them. I will sure be using there services over and over again. I can confidently refer anybody wanting to bring stuff in from UK to use their services. Kudos Ukdukas and God bless.”

“UKDukas is super convenient, I can pay comfortably for online products in my local currency using mobile money and I get my order in 10 -14 days. I always look out for the sales and I've bagged a couple of bargains on shoes and clothes that are not available in Kenya. I'm simply hooked and I love it!”

“I was happy with the customer service and constant feedback. Due to that as a first time user it made me feel my goods were safe and actually arriving. The only thing is the time line up on receiving the goods is it workable to reduce the days to like a week. 7 days perhaps.”

“things made easier. I am a sportsman and finding good quality sportswear was difficult and expensive for me in my city Nairobi, thus made me stay away from certain trainings due to injuries wearing the wrong outfit, but things changed as I ordered myself sportswear from sportsdirect through this service. I was not certain on sizes and ordered a few casual wear for my kid but as soon as we received the consignment we put him on the stuff and it was actual fit to his age and size. I still recommend that certain prices like freight should be dropped by a certain margin so that we could afford more. thank you and keep up the work in serving us. be blessed”
