“Excellent customer service. I contacted them as I only had one particular day that I would be able to have the 4 tonne jack delivered. Tom advised the best time to order to get the delivery when I needed it. He also advised to send the order number so he could make sure it was dispatched on time. The Jack arrived exactly when required. Apparently it’s a fantastic Jack - but it was a present for my partner so I’ve not used it myself. I’d definitely use this company again, and recommend it.”

“Happy with the service provided by customer support. Unfortunately DPD has let them down as we order a product on the 13th December and we still haven't recived anything. Your phone number wasn't working either”

“Impressive Company! I received a damaged item. I contacted them and almost by return, I was offered a swap (like for like) which I received within a week! As this is for a Christmas Present this was so important. Their customer service and communication skills are amazing - second to none. I cannot recommend them enough”
