“During the checkout process after paying for the tools I was offered next day delivery for an extra fee which I opted for. I ordered on the Thursday and my order didn't arrive until the Monday. I tried contacting customer service only to be ignored. Still waiting for a response.”

“Took delivery of my Sealey tool chest really quickly, unfortunately the main cabinet was damaged. After some initial trouble contacting UK Toolbox I managed to contact Tom. Tom apologised for the delay organised a pick up of the damaged unit and delivery of a replacement. The pick up happened the next day and the delivery on the next, a Saturday morning. This is unheard of in my Highland village for many years, so thank you Tom.”
