“Took delivery of my Sealey tool chest really quickly, unfortunately the main cabinet was damaged. After some initial trouble contacting UK Toolbox I managed to contact Tom. Tom apologised for the delay organised a pick up of the damaged unit and delivery of a replacement. The pick up happened the next day and the delivery on the next, a Saturday morning. This is unheard of in my Highland village for many years, so thank you Tom.”

“Great quality products at a reasonable price, recently bought two large Pry Bars which I'd struggled to find anywhere else. Purchased online which was very straightforward and items were delivered within a few days. Will definately order again when I need to.”

“What a truly despicable company !! I placed an order and was advised delivery would be 3-5 days. After 5 days the order status hadn’t changed from “Not yet depatchd” so I sent an email enquiring as to when I could expect delivery. They completely ignored my email on 3 occasions. It was only when I initiated a case through PayPal did they suddenly cancel my order without a reason or any contact with myself. My advice to anybody thinking or placing an order with these people is to think again and shop somewhere else. Minus 1 star from me !!”

“I ordered an item that when assembled I felt had a defect, something that can happen, the measure of a company is then how that is dealt with. UKToolbox have been generally unhelpful and not proactive in resolving the situation, which has ended with a refund to me but only after I raised a complaint through Paypal.”

“I recently bought the ground fixing for a rotary line the original one having to be left in my previous garden. I guessed which one I needed but it was perfect just like the original. It was delivered promptly and has now been set in the ground. The rotary line is now up and I can now peg my washing out.”
