“What a truly despicable company !! I placed an order and was advised delivery would be 3-5 days. After 5 days the order status hadn’t changed from “Not yet depatchd” so I sent an email enquiring as to when I could expect delivery. They completely ignored my email on 3 occasions. It was only when I initiated a case through PayPal did they suddenly cancel my order without a reason or any contact with myself. My advice to anybody thinking or placing an order with these people is to think again and shop somewhere else. Minus 1 star from me !!”

“I ordered an item that when assembled I felt had a defect, something that can happen, the measure of a company is then how that is dealt with. UKToolbox have been generally unhelpful and not proactive in resolving the situation, which has ended with a refund to me but only after I raised a complaint through Paypal.”

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. We apologise that you did not receive your order on time. We have found that our couriers were experiencing delays, unfortunately. We have put a note on our "Contact Us" page that our phones are currently unavailable as of 10/10/2023 so that customers are aware the phones are not working at the moment.

“I placed my order and paid in full inclusive of a hefty £5.95p delivery for a small (1litre) pot of paint dated 9th September 2023 and am still awaiting its delivery. Today is 19th and still awaiting delivery but think perhaps this isa scam. I have emailed company today suggesting to either fulfill their commitment or provide instant refund to my credit card. They take the money quick enough but fail on their commit ent to their customers. I will NOT BE purchasing from them again.”

“Placed order 10 days ago and still waiting for delivery. Called UK Tools on 2 occasions but no answer, left voicemails still no response. On third call managed to speak with some who is currently checking on what went wrong…….no feedback yet. Very poor service and delivery on this occasion.”

“You failed completely to deliver my order WEB6087-421 in spite of numerous phone call to you and your courier DHL who gave us numerous delivery slots none of which they fulfilled. They they informed you that the consignment was damaged. At that point you agreed to get the package back and refund my money back to my card once you had it back . DHL informed me that they had returned the consignment to you on 10 July 2023 but you still have not refunded my money 7 days later . This is a very poor performance and I still await my refund”

“Ordered what I thought was a full complete sprayer handle. On google various sites had photos of just a handle around £5. Uktoolbox had a photo of a full handle/wand/nozzle for £10.48. Went on their website and bought what I thought was a full complete handle. Photo on the buying page suggested the same. Postage was around £5. When the handle came it was just the handle only (which I could of purchased at the half the price from numerous sites on google). I have emailed the company and telephoned them all to no avail. They didn’t reply. Their website is very misleading when you see a photo of a product that you think you are buying and then they supply something else. I feel conned and cheated by this company. My advise stay clear and look elsewhere that way you won’t be swindled like I was.”

Please be advised that in our Terms & Conditions which you have accepted, it advises the following "Product images may vary from the product you purchase, please double check before completing your order." This product states that it is the "Sprayer Accessories" and the option chosen is the "Complete Handle" which is the Handle from this image, and the handle only.

Good Afternoon Fred, Thank you for your review. I believe that one of our staff has spoken to you on the phone earlier this week. You have provided us with incorrect information on your order, and no telephone number. Our confirmation was sent to the email that you had used with the order. as is every confirmation that we send out. the Delivery however has not been made as this product is out of stock. we have tried to get in contact with you, unfortunately, as we were given the incorrect details we had no way to contact you so we advised the accounts department to refund your order. this was actioned only yesterday and as it can take up to 24 hours for a refund to come through to your account. you may not yet have seen it. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

We apologise that you have not recieved your order. we have been responding to your emails, but they may have gone to your junk mail. Due to the delays with the couriers this items delivery was to be a day late. but you had decided to cancel your order. which in turn, took an extra couple of days to arrive back at our warehouse. we could not refund the order until we had recieved the stock back at our warehouse. now that it is back we have fully refunded your order.
