“I placed my order and paid in full inclusive of a hefty £5.95p delivery for a small (1litre) pot of paint dated 9th September 2023 and am still awaiting its delivery. Today is 19th and still awaiting delivery but think perhaps this isa scam. I have emailed company today suggesting to either fulfill their commitment or provide instant refund to my credit card. They take the money quick enough but fail on their commit ent to their customers. I will NOT BE purchasing from them again.”

“Product is great. Paid for next day delivery on the Friday but didn’t come until Monday. Contacted the team but got the brush off. They said the wording in the delivery info is clear it isn’t. They should not have given the option to select next day when it wasn’t possible. I didn’t get my money back even though it was free delivery on a standard time which would have meant I would have received the product 9n the Mon or Tues.”

“Price was the reason for my purchase of a Workmate it was very competitive. Delivery was very quick, but the couriers managed to damage the item during transit. I contacted UKtoolbox customer service who couldn’t have been more helpful. Within two days I had a replacement and the defective item was collected.”
