“Delivery driver was poorly prepared for the delivery. Just him, so he asked for help unloading his vehicle, so we had to call on a neighbour and get my daughter to assist him. He had no sack barrow either. The one boxe clearly was labelled TWO people. We were not happy about this.”

“Very good service. Kept informed about dispatch and when to expect delivery. My only complaint was when I got in touch with UKToolbox about the damaged packaging on my rotary drier I had no response. I did state that it may have been the fault of the delivery company. .”

“Product is great. Paid for next day delivery on the Friday but didn’t come until Monday. Contacted the team but got the brush off. They said the wording in the delivery info is clear it isn’t. They should not have given the option to select next day when it wasn’t possible. I didn’t get my money back even though it was free delivery on a standard time which would have meant I would have received the product 9n the Mon or Tues.”

“Great customer service. Arrived in good time. Reason for four star, the packaging was split and damaged. This was likely to be the delivery service but was concerned the item may have been damaged.”

“It's complicated, right? Of course I loved the fact that what I bought ( a lovely Fiskars Power Gear X telescopic pruner, since you're too polite to ask) was cheaper than a lot of other websites, and that it arrived, in good time, as advertised. HOWEVER, to me, tax avoidance, while perfectly legal, and perhaps even a ( preposterous, immoral) duty to shareholders, is WRONG. UK Toolbox seems to be registered in Guernsey and so I feel I am being quite generous in giving 4 stars as, in my view, tax avoidance ( which I don't KNOW is happening here) is the moral equivalent of shutting down hospitals which could otherwise be built).”

“They exist and the order came. The packaging was damaged - fortunately the product (a telescopic pruner) wasn't damaged and nothing was missing but a bit more tape/padding on the ends would have been advisable.”
