Dear Helen Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you have received a defective garment. This is something we don't like to hear and you are more than welcome to return them to us. We can either issue an exchange, credit note or a refund. We will also feedback your complaint to the manufacturer. Please write a covering note to go in the parcel, explaining the fault, and including your name, address and order number. You can print a new free returns label here: UK Tights Returns Label. We highly recommend dropping the parcel off at your local post office and getting a returns receipt - this is your proof of postage and will provide some tracking for the order. If you don't have a printer, please follow the instructions in the link, and you can select the option to have a QR code emailed to you; which can then printed out at a participating post office or delivery/sorting Office. “Best tights ever. Soft feel and very stretchy. I’m 5ft10ins and these tights are so comfortable. They don’t wrinkle at the ankle. They are a little pricy but worth every penny. I have had mine now for over a year and they are good as new. I won’t ever buy any other brand. 5 rating”
