Dear Michaela, Thank you for getting in touch yesterday (29th Dec) about your order. I can see that your item was dispatched on the date that it was placed (23rd) and sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (estimated 1-3 working days). Unfortunately, as Royal Mail wasn't working Friday 25th - Monday 28th December, your item took longer than usual to arrive, in terms of calendar days. Your tracking shows that it was delivered on the 29th (within 2 working days of dispatch). “As a gentleman of a certain age I am obviously far too embarrassed to enter the ladies lingerie department to purchase garments for my wife, therefore for several years I have been buying Christmas presents for her from UK Tights. This Christmas was no exception. Of course I am just pleased with the visual aspect of the items, but my wife, the wearer of the items, looks forward to finding the thin, square shaped package under the Christmas tree. In fact she especially looks for them and she is never disappointed with the the fit or quality.”

“I like the look of these tights - the vertical lines are quite flattering and make them more interesting than plain black but not too ornate. They are not over-generously sized. I am about 5ft 4ins, fairly slim but wear size 8 shoes and I found the Large size only just big enough. I have only worn them once so far, so cannot confirm that they don't ladder but could quite believe that this is true. Overall I am very pleased with them.”
