Dear Terry Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see that the item you ordered was out of stock at the time you placed your order. We advised on our website that we would dispatch this item within 10-20 working days when we had received our replenishment stock. I am told that our Fiore delivery will be here within the next week, and we will look forward to completing your order within our advise estimated delivery timeframe. I hope this helps and if you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team on customerservice@uktights.com Best wishes Toni UK Tights Customer Service

“Look lovely, good compressional. Reasonable price, but big let down when the one pair laddered as soon as I put them on.”

Dear Glen, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that a pair laddered so quickly - this IS disappointing for a 30 denier tight. Obviously due care must still be taken when putting them on, but they ought to be more robust than a 10/15/20 denier. Please would you kindly send us a photo of the fault to customerservice@uktights.com and I'll be happy to offer you a replacement or an alternative item? Thank you, Keri UK Tights Customer Service

“I ordered some tights many months back and they were out of stock, they did keep me updated every few weeks reassuring me that I would get my tights but I had the option to cancel if I wished. The tights eventually came this week and I wasn't disappointed.”
