“UK tights are a very good service. My last order No 1960395 was returned on 7-5-2020, as they we not as expected - for a full refund. To date I have not received this. Regards Eunice Williams”

“Products good value for money, easy to order, delivery as promised, lovely to speak to if you need to ring. But, if you need to return something and don't have a printer for the returns label postage is expensive.”

Hello Niki I'm sorry that you have not got your parcel. We have tracked this with Royal Mail and this is what they say... Tracking no. VY234880644GB Your item was delivered on 16-05-2020. It appears your parcel has been delivered. Below you can see who has delivered it and when. Updated on: Saturday 16 May 10:39am Delivered by Home Counties North DO Can you please contact your local sorting office and ask them where it is as they will have a satalite image of where they have left the parcel.

“Always and for many years Very Good. I always have Elbeo medium support BUT my last-but-one order was a great disappointment. However, my last order was OK, but where have all the colours gone? Does "discontinued" mean for ever? Or may we hope to see a return to normal? Elbeo are the best, sensibly priced. Other brands far too expensive for everyday wear”

“The tights were much smaller than anticipated. I bought size 20-26 as I am a size 20 and was worried they might be too big and saggy. I needn’t have worried! They were far too small and will probably have to just be binned. 🙁”

Hi Sarah I'm really sorry to hear that you've received a pair of tights and that you're not happy with them. If you could tell me what colour thread was in the back of the waistband I will be able to check with the manufacturer which size product it is. Perhaps they were put in the wrong packet. I'd love to sort this out for you as it's really irritating to find a product that you think is going to be big but then it's too small. Hope this helps.
