“I am still waiting for my order to be completed I recieved 2 pairs of aristoc glossy stockings in natural still awaiting 2 pairs of black glossy stockings could you please look into this”

Regrettably, Aristoc is experiencing trouble getting this size and colour to us at the moment, due to depleted stock in their warehouse. “Exactly what I wanted , but ordered on 1st Nov 2920 and got them last week . To be fair I was notified of delay and regular updates were sent . Lovely to have them now , guess there was a supply problem”

Dear Jackie, I'm so pleased to hear that you're happy with your Charnos 24/7 Sheer Stockings 2 Pair Pack and thank you very much for your patience. You're absolutely right, this was an unusual delay for this item. Normally we'd expect all out of stock items on our site to be replenished within 10-20 days. In fact, staple lines such as the 24/7 range from Charnos usually come into stock much quicker, as our UK supplier normally holds a vast amount of stock at their UK warehouse. Unfortunately, replenishment took much longer this time around, as there was a manufacturing problem which created a backlog of orders to be fulfilled.
