“A lot darker than pictured more a wine red rather than a red but will go with my black outfit not the red I intended it to go with. The other pair will go with any outfit.”

“Quality quality quality. This is the very best site for hosiery. They offer a huge range of fabulous tights and pop socks ect. I introduced my sister to them recently and she also now only buys from this site. I wish there was free P&P but hey I suppose you can't have everything and it is minimal.”

Dear Claire, Thank you for getting in touch with us. I can see that you placed your order on 07/02/2021 and it was dispatched within 1 working day (08/02/2021). The delivery method selected was Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2-5 working days). Today is the 5th working day since dispatch, so your item may be slightly delayed. Currently, the majority of Royal Mail items are arriving on time or early, but there are some delays to be expected, due to Covid-19. This has caused an increased volume of mail whilst people are staying home, plus Royal Mail has been forced to reduce staff and adhere to social distancing measures. Looking at your tracking, I can see that it was sent to the wrong delivery office and was redirected on Saturday (13/02/2021).
