“I placed a order and the only thing I got is e-mails telling me it is coming.My order NEVER came nor I will visit this website ever.”

Hi Ferenc Thank you for your recent order on Saturday the 5th. I can see that your parcel was dispatched on Monday the 7th, and Royal Mail attempted to deliver on the 8th but your address was inaccessible. Your tracking provided the option to rearrange delivery or collect from the 9th, and shows that you collected the parcel on the 16th. I hope that everything is satisfactory with your order. “Sorry to say, placed an order and did not get confirmation email and the items arrive were the wrong hold ups should have been flat top and were lace top instead Disappointed to say the least.”

Dear Glen, Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm very sorry for the issue with the hold ups. I have looked into this and can see that this product has the incorrect image. Although the image shows a flat top, they are a lace top product. As you didn't receive what you expected, we'll be very glad to refund these. We can see that you placed 2 orders for the same product on the same day, so both orders have now been refunded in full. Regarding the order confirmation email, I'm sorry to say that Gmail is currently blocking automated emails from our server. If you mark UK Tights as a safe sender, this may fix the issue. “I was delighted to find Oroblu tights online so easily. It was my favourite brand to wear when I was a hosiery buyer for a London store many years ago. They arrived as expected a couple of days later. One pair was too dark for my skin tone so having called UK Tights, as they were unopened, I was able to return them to be swapped for a different shade. The return process was simple.”

“I was a bit hesitant to try these based on the reviews but I am very happy with them. The fabric is lovely, giving an even semi matt coverage but with decent transparency. They fit well and although the sizing comes up a little on the small side they have”
