“I can fully recommend this firm. I have dealt with them in the past, and recently ordered another item. There was some delay in delivery, but thankfully after intervention from UK tights, the item was safely delivered. I am now happily awaiting another order! The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. It is such a pleasure to be able to be able to contact them by phone!”

“HI - I ordered 3 pairs of holdups (red, blue and white) and have only received the red? The red pair came with a confirmation thatthe blue and white would be 10 - 20 days but that has now passed. Can you help? Thx”

“We purchased some mid to high ranges price items from UK Tights. When they arrived we did not open them but could see they were not very good quality. They were not damaged, nor did we open them. I got in touch to send them back and was told that because they because they were intimate apparel and were not damaged we could not send them back. To be fair, I should have read the other reviews before buying from this company. They have 2.1 out of five. I think that says it all.”

I can see that you spoke to my colleague Charlotte via email. She explained that we are unable to accept opened items for return, unless faulty. (It was reasonably assumed that the items had been opened because you said that the quality wasn't as hoped, although they were not faulty. Usually, it would not be possible to gauge the look and feel of hosiery without opening.) As you didn't clarify beyond this that the items were not opened, we regretfully concluded that - in line with our returns policy - the items could not be returned due to strict hygiene regulations for intimate apparel. However, if the items have in fact NOT been opened, you are certainly welcome to return them to us. For future reference, you are always welcome to return any unwanted (unopened) items to us within 28 days of receipt, with no questions asked.
