“We ordered 2 pairs Cette Quebec tights. One pair only came next day- great delivery. No indication when other pair would arrive, just 'to follow'. Heard nothing since. If u don't have the stock amount in why does it show this as available? You have taken the money out, we are still waiting for info. and the second pair! Would hesitate to recommend.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your recent order with us. Please note that all out of stock items have an estimated lead-time of 10-20 days until they come back into stock. If you select a size and colour on the product page which is out of stock, this is indicated above the "Add to Bag" button. The same messgae is also shown in red writing in your basket prior to Checkout, to make sure that you're happy to wait. We offer the option of adding out of stock items to your order, as this means that you can reserve items and be the first to receive replenishment stock. As soon as our Cette delivery arrives, your order will automatically be picked and dispatched the same day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email to let you know that it's on its way. Dear Jennifer, Thank you for your feedback. I'm very happy to hear that your mother is happy with the tights. My apologies for the unusual delay on this occasion. I can see that your order was dispatched within 6 weeks of your placing it. Normally, we'd advise that out of stock items will be replenished within 10-20 days (up to 3 weeks) and we're still largely able to stick to this. However, because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we're finding that manufacturers are sometimes experiencing difficulties in getting deliveries to us within their usual time frame, and certain products may even be temporarily available. This is because social distancing and absenteeism are affecting manufacturing times within factories. As many of our brands - including Golden Lady - are based overseas, strict health and safety protocols are also slowing down shipping times. During this unprecedented time, all parties within the supply chain are working as hard as possible to ensure the smoothest service, but there will inevitably be some delays. “I have received emails from UK tights for many years. One of a few companies I allow to hit my inbox as have received personalised customer advice in the past and really appreciate the diversity of products and good quality on offer. Would be great to have wider variety of socks (warm ones) and tights that do not press on the belly.”

“I dont like to write bad reviews but unfortunately the tights i purchased were a complete waste of money. I put them on and found them very low cut which was really uncomfortable and considering i wanted them to pull in my tummy they were completely useless. I then pulled them up slightly and my thump went straight through the top of the leg. I took them off and binned them.”

Dear Sally Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that you are disappointed that your order wasn't all available to send in 1 go. I can see that your last order for 6 items of the same product, we only had 3 packs in stock. We would love to be able to stock infinite numbers of SKU's however, we simply don't have space in our warehouse to do so. We are also in the middle of a global pandemic, so there is a delay in us receiving some of our replenishment orders; especially items made overseas, where flights into the UK are reduced and staff levels lower than usual.
