Many thousands of people have died in Italy and the manufacturers of your goods have been shut now for some time. Dear Mr Parker I'm sorry that you find our service substandard at present. I have checked your order and it was placed 10th March but the product that you ordered was out of stock at the time of ordering. There is a standard 10 - 20 to fulfil an order that is out of stock. This is quoted when the order is placed. We then got our delivery in from Italy, which under the circumstances was remarkable and given that we furloughed all our staff from 1st March 2020, we as directors have actually sent your order out to you which I believe you have received this morning. I think we have in fact, given the circumstances, gone over and above to give you a good service. I hope you understand that the whole world is on slow/lock down at present and yet we have actually got your order to you quicker than we had estimated. I hope this explains things clearly for you.

“As a nurse my legs get tired and achy, the support tights worked brilliantly at relieving heavyness and also swelling in the ankle area. Great quality and look good. They may appear expensive but you pay for the quality of the product. Would highly recommend UK tights.”
