“Ordered 40 denier ankle socks but look and feel like 15 denier, not what I expected as thought would be thicker like other 40 denier socks I have purchased elsewhere so would not order again,disappointed.”

Hello Ms Shepherd I'm very sorry you were not happy with your product. If you wish to return them you are more than welcome and we will send them back to the manufacturer for testing. If they are not a 40 denier then we will happily refund your money for the complete order.

“Although I ordered the correct size, both tights did'nt fit. Nowhere near, and 1 pair ripped. I was very disappointed, did'nt bother sending them back. I was too angry, they ended up in the bin. That was £27 I'll never see again. I will never buy from this company again”

Dear Ms Tanner I'm really sorry to hear you have had problems with some products that you have purchased from us. If you had contacted us and then returned the goods we would have happily given you a full refund. We would then have sent them back to the manufacturer for testing. I do understand your frustration and I really wish you had contacted us about this matter.
