Hi Galina, Thank you for contacting us. Royal Mail sent you an automated tracking email on the 5th of January when your order was dispatched. The tracking page shows that your item was delivered on the 6th, and there is a photo of it being pushed through the letterbox. If you have not received it, we would advise that you double-check with other members of your household. “Great shop! It covers all my needs for tights and stockings. A huge amount of choice, frequent sales and discount and very fast delivery. I once made a mistake in the delivery address and contacted the customer service. they were lovely and super fast in sorting out the issue. Amazing shop, one of my most regular places.”

“Ordered items totalling >£50, what a shame the checkout defaults to charging £3.99 for delivery. Especially irritating when one of the items is out of stock so hasn’t yet been delivered.”
