“the size guide was way off ordered size 2 would have fitted a 6ft7 giant so dissappointing you can not check the size without opening the item it said size 2 on the item but was totally wrong size . would never buy again as policy is no refund if opened yet no way of knowing size is wrong without”

Dear Sir/Madam, You are absolutely entitled to return these to us for a replacement, exchange or refund. Our returns policy states that opened items may not be returned, unless they are faulty. As long as you have chosen the correct size for your measurements (according to the size guide), if the size is wrong upon opening, then this is certainly classed as a fault. It sounds to me as though you have received an incorrectly packed pair of tights (i.e. a larger size was accidentally packed in the size 2 packaging at the factory).
