The service is good however we always have problems with the invoice which should be on a monthly account agreed by your company. We have phone calls, letters and demands every year without fail. Notes have been put on the account but it still happens indeed we had a phone call this week and a letter today 24th January. I would have given 3 stars but the service made up for this. The only thing I would add is that this year a fan that was broken i.e., the motor did not work was actually tested and passed which I find odd.

The engineer was professional, courteous and helpful. Worked to the schedule I had put in place and flexible if required. Invoicing was difficult has had to challenge to the price invoiced for against the price quoted. Once this was sorted all was good. Will probably use again because of the quality and work ethic of the engineers employed by UKSM.

Good overall service; was a little disappointed to receive a call next day to say how did I want to pay!! At no time were your payment terms mentioned and they are not even recorded anywhere on the invoice that was emailed. I would probably recommend UKSM services but their accounts department/people chasing immediate payment let them down.

First of all I am pleased that you were happy with the overall service you received. With regards to our payment terms these are stated on the confirmation letter that is issued prior to the testing. Great service and engineer who attended was very professional, pleasant and very accommodating to our needs as a busy dental practice. There was little to no disruption to the running of our practice which was much appreciated. Conor is a credit to your company.

The PAT testing engineer was really pleasant, polite and professional however I think the sales team are very pushy. They booked appointments for us 3 months prior to our renewal date despite me asking them to contact me nearer to the due date. I also found chasing us to settle the invoice within only a few days to be a bit off putting.

We book the visit months in advance and they turn up on the day its booked in. They carry out the test and advise of any issues.
