Unfortunately they didn't turn up to the first appointment, and the second time they arrived late, however the company representative that did arrive was very professional and polite, which is why I marked a good. The representative that I spoke to on the phone (Tim) whether he meant to or not seemed very abrupt when I called regarding to the lateness of his colleague and he hung up before I had finished talking. However as stated above the onsite representative does not deserve to be marked down for his colleagues attitude.

In regards to the telephone call you had with a member of our Operations Department we have looked into the matter and unfortunately there was a problem with the system that caused the call to end. The technician that came today was the best we've had so far. Polite, attentive and helpful . Job done efficiently in good time and no short cuts. In the past I have seen staff (of other companies) spending a lot of time on their personal phone calls, dragging out the time and then billing per hour. Good work guys.

Every year I book a date and every year coincidently they are in the area 2/3 weeks early and call to see if they can come I book a date for a reason will be looking elsewhere for PAT testing in future

All good except I would expect an invoice to be sent out rather than a hard sell to pay by card over the phone in order that my certificate is released.

Good service, friendly polite engineer. No invoice received, just a reminder in the post that we owed money! I paid by debit card over the phone 16 09 2015 and was informed that someone would ring me back with the payment authorisation reference number. I am still waiting for that call! 17 09 2015. I have no proof that I have paid. No invoice, no receipt and no authorisation number.

Despite being deeply skeptical at first I was pleasantly surprised at the service given by UK Safety. Skeptical only because I had never heard of the company, they called me, but I was pleased with the quotation given so I thought it was worth giving the benefit of the doubt. I am glad I did. The engineer was brilliant, being very cooperative, working around us on a very busy day, being very thorough, pleasant, honest and helpful. He really made this experience very good. Invoicing was prompt and I was happy to make a prompt payment for such an efficient service given. Thanks, see you next year!

Quotation and booking service, quick and helpful. Actual testing, carried out by pleasant, professional man, accommodated our requests to test equipment in designated rooms 1 by 1. Only gripe, would have preferred that the old stickers removed were disposed of rather than left in situ.
