Chased payment when invoice had not been sent. Invoice wrong twice and questions regarding these errors not answered

First of all please accept my apologies that you did not receive the invoice once the work had been completed, this should have been emailed to you immediately. With regards to the pricing of the invoice, I am aware that you did liaise with a member of our Customer Relations team who did issue you with an amended invoice. However, I am sorry that the full amount you were querying was not removed straight away and another invoice was needed before this happened. An error was made by a member of our Customer Relations team and this has now been dealt with internally. Once again I apologise sincerely. The electrician who did the work was very quick and efficient. Had issues with the price. Had two very different quotes from two colleagues at UK Safety Management. They agreed to the lower cost without question. However no-one mentioned that there would also be an extra cost for microwaves and sockets, which I questioned once invoiced and again they were kind enough to knock these costs of the bill. I feel that these costs should be discussed with the customers at the beginning of the negotiations and not left for the customer to read in the small print. All in all they dealt with the situation well, but need to be more consistent in their pricing.

In regards to the quotations for the work, I am not sure how you received two different prices, however, this will be investigated internally. Engineer arrived on time, proceeded testing promptly and completed the site in one day (expected to take 2 days). He was proficient - excellant service, thankyou. Steve

They rang and made an appointment approx. 8 weeks prior to visit. Rang day before to make sure I was happy for visit to go ahead. Engineer very professional, polite and carried out the PAT test without any fuss or disruption to my business. All round the service was excellent.
