“The PAT man comes in, gets on with his job, leaves everything as he found it, all good. The support received from the office is also good - reminding us it's time for another inspection, booking and reminding us of the visit date and post-visit follow-up.”

“The actual testing was fine with little disruption. The final bill, however, was almost double what we'd been quoted, with extra charges added that had not been agreed or discussed. Some charges were removed as a "goodwill gesture" when queried but I would be wary of this in future as felt misled by the original quote.”
