“I ordered a 3D reg plate but I should of ordered the normal one! I don't see any 3D in it! It's a plate with numbers and letters with Shadows! No point of paying 1st class when I got it after 3 day's!”

Hi Marius, Apologies you were not happy with your order. Looking at your order I can see you selected the 3d font. This is just an effect on the actual number plate font, the lettering itself is not raised for true 3d. I appreciate this may be slightly confusing and we will look to rectify our website to make this clearer. Thanks, Ryan

“Efficient service and quick response to emails. Disappointed that the plates arrived without holes already drilled as previously when I purchased from another company they were. Seems strange to up sell the attachments for extra money and not make the holes for the customer.”

Hi Paul, Our number plates are sent out without drill holes as it's impossible to predict where the existing drill holes will be. This will vary based on the car manufacturer and how the previous plates were fitted. The easiest way to fit the plates is to use the old number plates as a template for the new drill holes. We sell the fixing kit to ensure the customer has nice new screws and screw caps to attach the number plate to the vehicle, but as explained above we cannot pre-drill holes into number plates.
