“Had to order 2 maps as the west map did not show the full area we needed even though it did on the sample before we placed the order. A bit confusing. Got sent as a pdf so not sent through post.”

“Found it easy to locate my property and the snap points for drawing my blue and red lines where very easy to do. I have given 3 stars as would of like more options on paper size for a 1:1250 scale”

“System is slick but service is expensive. Cost on internet header is grossly misleading, site plan (an automated extract of location plan) with VAT, is effectively double the cost shown.”

“The website is easy to follow, although I felt the pricing was misleading. The maps are extremely basic and do not show the area required in relation to the wider area. I feel to get value for money and a more overall picture of what is required, that there is room for improvement.”

“Drawing the red line around the boundary is easier with others I've used with no zoom and the line has to be drawn in the correct sequence around complex shapes which can be really annoying. No discount codes for loyal users or for submitting your reviews The preview does not show North Arrow & Title. Very basic service but does the job, prices are not exactly cheap. Customer service is good if you need assistance. No refund if you screw up and need to change something.”

“Quick and efficient way to get a block/site plan. Seems very expensive for what it is though, especially since some of the map content (eg street names or relevant keys) aren't able to align with the area you've selected (so that you might end up with half a street name for instance). Still, I needed a block plan in a hurry and this was able to provide exactly that.”

“Map quality excellent but smaller than I would have liked. Outlining tool didn't work on the complicated land outline I required, neither did the erase tool. As long as the council planners accept the format ok”

“Pleased with your website in general, it showed what I wanted and was easy to use until I came to order. You would not allow me to check out. (every time I tried you told me my trolley was empty and eventually locked me out for trying too many times. I ordered by phone in the end and am happy with results. Thank you.”
