“I recently used UK Planning Maps and had an excellent experience. At first, I ran into some problems, but they were entirely down to me misunderstanding how the software worked rather than any fault with the system. I phoned for help and my call was answered straight away. The person I spoke to was incredibly patient, kind and helpful, and talked me through everything until the issue was resolved. It's refreshing to deal with a company that provides such prompt, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend UK Planning Maps and will certainly use them again.”
