Just about acceptable with help from the girl on the phone., although I struggled to tell what she was saying due to unclear speech. The first person I spoke to was working from home and he was brilliant but couldn't help me edit my maps. Yes, I did get the call back in a couple of hours. I am elderly and ,although I have been working using computers since the very early days ( 1973) in my career, I found the website very confusing. The instructions on what to do and when to do it are not clear to follow. I watched the video first but felt it all it was saying was 'look it's easy' and it isn't .
