“This not what I was expecting at all. What I was able to download was a PDF with OS map location on it. The website led me to beleive I was going to get a .dwg file with the section of OS map on it. I could then use this to sketch in the planned changes in my project. I could have purchased a PDF with the same information for a lot less!”

“I found it difficult to know which map to buy. I chose 4 hectare 1:1250 and didn't realise that if I also chose A4 that I wouldn't get the whole map, just 200m2. The preview wasn't, as I'd thought, just part of the map to protect their copyright. Apparently I needed to choose A1 to get the whole thing. When I contacted support to say I'd bought the wrong map they just sent the same one again as a pdf. So I wasted my money.”

“I did not think the tool for highlighting the area was good enough to show the particular part of the plan I required . Can't upload file of plan file format not supported.”

“I've bought maps in the past and the address I needed was always somewhere near the middle of the page. This time it's in the bottom rh corner, only just visible. I'm not sure the Planning Authority will accept it. I may have to buy it again, but this time from a different source.”

“Drawing the lines on the map to show an extension was like using software from 1980! The spots that you have to click on kept jumping back to their original positions. And the lines I did manage to draw didn't join up when I had passed the editing phase! It should allow you to zoom in to get a decent line, and not snap-to-grid. Of course, you can turn that off...then get a wonky line! VERY Poor.”

“cheap and quick to download but unfortunately inaccurate and proved problematic with issuing a correctly scaled block plan. I had to adapt the plan on AutoCAD to make it correct.”

“Not very good at all - I could not use the 1:1250 location map for planning purposes so had to take another route I would appreciate my money back please ! I have not applied for a refund yet so I will enter Very Hard for now It also makes me cynical as to why I am anserwing questions on "Refunds" !?”

“Waste of money, not to scale. Using the given scale my garage would be 1.5m but actually inside measurers 2.4m. Other measurements wrong.”

“I couldn't zoom in to set the boundary lines accurately enough with the marking points so close together so that when I printed it out they were not in the correct position. I couldn't see any instructions on how to zoom in on the map either. Attached is what I ended up with.”

“i ordered a map didn't show the hole plot they told me to pay more money > The Worst site and customer service. When I tried to pay for upgrade the site locked up. Sent email asking to sort out no reply no reply Rubbish”
