“This would be a much higher star rating, except... to check whether I had exactly what I needed I went back to the webpage that had the actual map on it and then forward again to the payment page. This seems to have been the reason why I ended up inadvertently paying for two identical maps. I realised this quickly and emailed for a refund. The mistake would have been obvious. Now, several days later I am still chasing up the company - my first email to them has not been answered.”

“While the maps are good, the boundry tool is difficult to use, in my case the auto draw picked the wrong boundry, and the manual was not easy to put in place accurately at a scale provided. The map is very expensive for a simple digital service, and the extra costs of redrawing are just plain annoying. They should be inclusive. Given that the planning portal does the same, inclusive of its price, its very expensive.”

“I found it difficult red-line around my property and pavement with the freehand pencil - the "rubber band" style of pencil meaning two lines followed the tip of the pencil and I could see no Undo facility. However my failure was compensated by two very helpful members of staff who saw me through to a successful end.”
