“The service from your company was excellent. However the requirement for the planning authority to need your input to what is clearly just a middle man operation that, given funds the planning authority could carry out in seconds. This is clearly an AI function that will make your business redundant in the future. Sorry if that’s a bit brutal just my thoughts.”

“An extremely good responsive and quick service. I had a slight problem with payment which they sorted out immediately for me and we're extremely helpful on the phone. It was tidied up my map so that it was more presentable. I have no hesitation in recommending UK planning maps for applications of large scale maps.”

“The whole process seems to make it as difficult as possible to find what one wants and to work out how much it's going to cost. I ended up talking to a very helpful assistant who did most of the work for me, but even then I had to give her an e-mail address to find out how much things were because 'we always send quotes out by post'. I was doing this as a one-off for our church, and the map provided will fulfil the requirements admirably for the next couple of years (at least): I don't need to be signed up with someone to get a different plan because we only have one building. I won't need another copy of the plan unless something drastic happens at church. In short, why on earth can't they just say 'it's £30' and let me get on with it ?”

“Needed a plan for pre planning permission and was directed to U.K. Planning Maps by my local council office. Quite easy to use even though the map is out of date it was sufficient to enable the process to move forward.”
