“I recently used UK Planning Maps and had an excellent experience. At first, I ran into some problems, but they were entirely down to me misunderstanding how the software worked rather than any fault with the system. I phoned for help and my call was answered straight away. The person I spoke to was incredibly patient, kind and helpful, and talked me through everything until the issue was resolved. It's refreshing to deal with a company that provides such prompt, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly customer service. “Maps easy to locate, draw and delivered promptly, My only problem was centreing the outline to the map, the published map appeared offcentre to the left of the specified area. Red outline drawn did not appear on first map, online chat sorted that.”

“The scale of the map I received was too big to see the entire property. I realise that this was my mistake but as I am not experienced in obtaining plans on line, maybe after payment if I could’ve seen a preview to enable me to change the scale? A waste of money”
