“Cheaper than expected. Easy to locate subject But unsatisfactory because I could not get through on line and had to phone in. Assistant who took my details failed to take them accurately and I had to phone again to have corrections made so that I could receive my order. Second assistant dealt with had more of a grip but did not have the authority to vary the order. So the process became more protracted then was necessary.”

“Easy to use system quickly provided the map we wanted. Only downside was that the price on the internet was misleading and actually it cost 50% more for the plan we had to have for planning.”

“Though it was a help with my planning matter, it needed some manual amendment, as it was not wholly accurate as to the footprint of the building or the configuration on the site - the changes were over 6 years old, but not reflected in the maps.”

“I got what I asked for but I think for an online service the price is a bit steep for a map that's not even up to date (eg neighbours property has been extended and doesn't show on your maps)”
