“I have a Dental Policy and a Cash Plan with UK Healthcare. The cost of the premium is reasonable especially in respect of dental claims, but all services reduce the cost of private health care. Most of the consultants are quick to make refunds but I do have to chase them from time to time with queries as to why my refund was not processed. I would like to thank Carl Stickland who is always available to sort out delayed payments efficiently.”

“Carl advised me that I needed to do to obtain proof of my appointment when the receipt I had received from the Dentist showed an incorrect amount. He answered all my e mails propmtly. Very good service”

“Very helpful staff. There was a problem with receipt that I sent in for my claim. I was emailed and informed what I needed to do to correct it which speeded up the processing of my payment.”

“The process to claim is not the best, lack of a login so you can see what you have used/left on your account. Have to fill in the online form from scratch each time you have a claim. So the claiming process is not as good as it could be.”
