“Very quick response after I'd sent in my application for dental treatment costs. On the website, I thought I'd uploaded first one document and then the second (treatment plan and receipts). But I guess I should have uploaded both at the same time, as only one was received. I was VERY quickly told that only one had been received and the problem was immediately resolved.”
