“I was misled by the advisor that I would get a refund after my treatment. only to discover that there were conditions that I should not have any teeth problems for at least 12 months. It cost me over £300 plus I paid for the month plan of £11. Only to find I could I could not get any refund”

“My Mum has a policy with you. She has had a stroke & I needed to change her address so that I could receive her mail & make a claim for some dental work she has had done. Both ladies I spoke to were extremely helpful. They explained what I needed to do to enable them to execute what we needed. Once I had sent what was asked for & the claim submitted I was emailed to explain how payment will be paid to Mum & the timescale involved. First class service all round.”

“I have never experienced any problems receiving any payments made for my dental care. I have only recently had to have more treatments and each time the claim process is straight forward. Thank you Deborah Morrey for getting back to me to explain my payment will be processed at my final appointment.”

“I would not recommend this company to anybody in the future. They are shoddy and very unprofessional. This will be the third time I will go back to my dentist to ask them to rewrite my dental receipts. They still don’t want to pay me. Rubbish.”

“I am very impressed by the service I received. Not only did I get a full refund for my dental treatment but it made me feel less stressed about knowing that if I need unexpected treatment I wouldn’t have to worry about paying for it . I totally recommend this service to anyone .”

“I needed to make a claim but did not have my policy number to hand. I emailed the helpdesk and received a reply very quickly. This allowed to to submit my claim and I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy that was. Great service and easy claim process. Winner, winner.........”
