“I only ordered a few mult test strips to start with in case they were not very good because they were not expensive. Now that I have them I will definitely be ordering more. So simple and easy to use. I'd recommend them to anyone.”

“Quick delivery and good customer service. Alcohol breathalyser fairy easy to use nut drug analyser slightly more complicated- results aren't easily display so I had to read the instruction couple of times before understanding. Overall good service, and I will be using it again.”

“Easy process for ordering and paying. Items came very quickly and well packaged. My only observation is to suggest that where people buy separate drug testing kits, they remind them the need to buy the additional accessories too.”

“Good quality testing kit, if you need the kit in a few days then go for 1st class delivery - 2nd class can take 7 days as did mine but not a reflection on the company just the postal service.”

Dear Ryan, we are sorry to hear that there was a problem with the test kit. The result is an invalid result. The most likely reason for this is that inadequate saliva was absorbed to run all of the test membranes. To determine if this was the problem then open the test kit up and tip a couple of ml of water into the bottom of the test kit. If the test then runs the problem was inadequate saliva. I will ask customer services to follow this up with you.
